This work forms part of an ongoing series, started by artist Cary Gray on January 1st of 2022. After a challenging couple years (by anyone in the world's standards) and especially a difficult end of 2020, Cary began to piece himself together from the depths of depression and disconnection. Add to that his nuerodiversity, which while offering an endless stream of color and ideas, keeps him from focusing. It took months before his daily journaling practice and other tools he had gathered over the years (yoga, movement, meditation etc) took hold in his life. This year of 2022 offers the chance to create another daily routine: the #365DayDrawingChallenge.
