Heart Forward is a framework for self-actualization through radical curiosity, honesty, and self-expression. It means living from your power and from the core of who you are. Isolation has become the biggest problem plaguing us today. We feel cut off. From others. From ourselves. From our "normal lives." In the trying moments of 2020 and 2021, where isolation, fear, and confusion did their best to reign over us, a guide for our inner lives felt increasingly called for.
Heart Forward comes in three main pieces: the Card Deck, Poetic Guidebook, and the Movement Practice.

- It's a MYSTIC DECK, actually. A mystic is "one who seeks through introspection and self-surrender." This deck acts as your physical tool kit for returning your to your authentic self.
- Play like Tarot, alone or with a friend, Pull one of 77 cards, or pull multiple and use the online resources to discover all possibilities within each card. Sit with each card, or knock 'em down one after the other.
- Play as an Interactive Game with Friends. These cards include a lot of potentially embarrassing or outrageous aspects that make for a rowdy but also deeply connecting experience.
